Due to the compact size of all the MOOER micro pedals, it won’t take up much space on the pedalboard which is always a good thing. It tracks pretty well, from what I could tell and it’s at a price that might be favorable to a lot of people. If you’re into the BOSS Octave pedal, give this one a look. You can get some church style organ tones out of this, but what I found is the Pure Octave shines more on the single note picking. It features a tailored up and down octave option as well as a mix feature to give your guitar more or less of it’s natural sound. While I don’t think this compares to the POG II pedal, I am not sure it’s trying to. Not to say everything unique is great, but it’s a bit of fun to say the least. This compact MOOER octave pedal is a really unique idea.
